Being on a basement floor instead of the first floor wasn't ideal, and the lack of A/C, only having a conventional radiator, could be inconvenient.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were decent but unfortunately faced noisy road works early in the morning, luckily equipped with many amenities. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate my daughter and baby. The location was excellent with easy access to various attractions and shops. However, the dining options were limited, and the self-service affair lacked some key items. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
I've been staying at this hotel for quite a while now, and overall, it's been a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably spacious and well laid out, with newly renovated clean toilets, but they are on the smaller size. The service is amazing, from the door man to the manager, truly friendly and helpful. The location is great, right in the city center, close to the stores and main train station. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing, not really comprehensible for the price. Despite that, the facilities are good, especially the pool area.
